About the incident

Our technicians are working on the network.

This operation may cause temporary drops in water pressure or short water outages. Interrupting the water flow in the pipes is necessary to allow technicians to work safely.

During or after this intervention, you may notice the following when turning on the tap:

Temporary drops in pressure
This phenomenon is short-lived. If it persists beyond the scheduled restoration time, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
Brownish or reddish water
Please refer to our advice.
Water with a milky appearance
This phenomenon is not related to excess lime scale. It is caused by air bubbles in the water and has no impact on water quality (see our Water Quality FAQ).
