We have been working on digitising and eliminating paper for all our documents for some years.

Digitisation has many advantages beyond the green aspect:

  • Document processing is simpler and faster. You also save cupboard space because you no longer have to keep paper bills in your accounts.
  • You can change your e-mail address at any time in your Customer Area. This address will be used only for sending invoices and other documents (readings, configuration of changes, etc.), never for promotional purposes.  
  • You can split mailings by document type: One e-mail address for invoices, one address for meter readings, etc.
