Become a customer

If your municipality is served by SWDE but you are not yet a customer, don't worry. Fill in the online form. Our customer service department will take care of the rest.

The formalities for becoming a customer are very simple:

  • as soon as your form is received, our customer service department checks it and includes you in the database
  • you will receive an e-mail indicating that your application is being activated
  • a second e-mail will notify you as soon as your request is activated
  • Is everything in order? We are delighted to have you as a customer.
