Frequent supply cuts
SWDE's mission is to ensure a continuous supply of quality water. However, we can still experience network disruption, and we are aware of the inconvenience this can cause. Our priority is to make sure this is resolved as quickly as possible, whatever the cause.
Please be assured that SWDE has and will continue to make every effort to manage its installations to provide a quality product and service that meets your expectations and needs. In this respect, every year, SWDE invests in renewing and improving its installations.
If you experience frequent supply cuts in your installation, please fill in the form below, specifying the frequency, duration and time of day of these supply cuts and any other information you consider useful.
This will allow us to identify any structural problems in the network.

Outside office hours, on Sundays and public holidays, your call is automatically transferred to our on-call service.
