Log in

My e-mail address is linked to several customer numbers. How can I log in?

Use the second login screen, reserved for customers whose customer number is linked to several e-mail addresses.  

If this is the case, log in using your customer number and password. 

Are you getting an error message? Make sure your e-mail address is linked to several customer numbers.  

I've forgotten my password

Have you forgotten your password? You can ask for a new password using this link. 

You will receive a temporary password in your e-mail inbox, which you can use to log in to choose a new password for your Customer Area.  

Note, the e-mail is not sent immediately. Please wait a few minutes and check your spam folders before making a new forgotten password request.  

What if I have several contract accounts?

When you access your Customer Account, you can easily select the contract account for which you want to manage your data and services (meter reading, consumption history, etc.). Once you have completed your transactions, you can select another contract account.

  • Make sure you’ve got your customer number (10 characters) and contract account number (12 characters), which you can find on your SWDE bill.   
  • Set up yourCustomer Area.  
  • Activate your Customer Area by clicking on the link in your e-mail inbox (check your spam folders). This link is only valid for seven days. After this time, you will have to start the process all over again. 
  • Log in and discover all our features.  
I want to change the e-mail address linked to my customer account
  • You can change your e-mail address at any time in “My Details” in your Customer Area.  
  • If you no longer have access to your Customer Area, you can write to us using the contact form and provide us with your new e-mail address. We will make the change. 
My e-mail address is linked to several customer accounts. How can I log in?

Use the first login screen if your customer number is associated with just one e-mail address. 

Enter your login (your customer number or your e-mail address) and your password. You can also log in using It's me or eID. 

Are you getting an error message? Make sure your e-mail address is not associated with another customer number.
