SWDE's mission is to ensure a continuous supply of quality water. However, we can still experience network disruption, and we are aware of the inconvenience this can cause. Our priority is to make sure this is resolved as quickly as possible, whatever the cause.

After works, except in difficult weather conditions, we will restore the premises to their original state within eight working days. Certain circumstances may delay this, such as cold weather for tarmac laying or the time of year for planting.

If this disruption results in an urgent problem or a safety risk, please contact our Customer Service team.
