One-off supply cut

SWDE's mission is to ensure a continuous supply of quality water. However, we can still experience network disruption, and we are aware of the inconvenience this can cause. Our priority is to make sure this is resolved as quickly as possible, whatever the cause.

SWDE will provide alternative supply methods if the service is interrupted for more than eight consecutive hours (except between 10pm and 6am).

Please check whether the incident appears in the ongoing works list.

 

If the incident is not listed on our site, we invite you to contact our Customer Service.

Outside office hours, on Sundays and public holidays, your call is automatically transferred to our on-call service.
