Frequent problems
The static pressure that SWDE guarantees at the meter is between 2 and 10 bar. The flow rate is a minimum of 300 litres/hour. If the flow rate and/or pressure provided is not sufficient for your needs, you can install a pressure reducer/booster or a buffer tank.
If you have a problem with the flow rate and/or pressure in your private installation, check the flow and/or pressure at the bleed valve on your meter (No. 6 on the diagram).
- If the flow rate/pressure at the meter is higher than the flow rate/pressure of the private installation, the problem is in your private installation, which is not SWDE’s responsibility. We suggest that you contact your plumber.
- If the flow rate/pressure at the meter is identical to the flow rate/pressure of the private installation with values other than those mentioned above (300 litres/hour and 2-10 bar), please complete the form below, specifying the frequency, duration and time of day of the problem and flow rate and/or pressure values if known.
This will allow us to identify any structural problems in the network.
