A family member has died and you need to take the necessary steps following their death. We are here to help you.

You will need:

 

• One of their bills 

• The current meter reading. 

 

Then call us and we’ll help support you to carry out the necessary procedures depending on the situation.

Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm

Outside office hours, on Sundays and public holidays, your call is automatically transferred to our on-call service.
