Your Customer Account

How do I log in with itsme?

Activate your itsme account via this link or click on the "My itsme account" tab in your customer account settings. To access your customer account settings, log in to your Customer Account and click on the arrow next to your meter number at the top right of the screen. You will then need to enter the national register number(s) that will be used the next time you log in via itsme.

The next time you log in to your Customer Account, you can click directly on "Log in with itsme".

I can’t log into itsme, what should I do?

You must first check that you have activated your itsme account via your Customer Account by following the procedure described above (Question: How do I log in with itsme?).

Can I log into my Customer Account with two different itsme accounts?

Yes, 2 different people (and therefore 2 national register numbers) can access the same Customer Account with the itsme login. Users can be changed at any time via "My customer account / My itsme account". All you have to do is activate or deactivate the national register number.

Can I have several Customer Accounts with an itsme account?

No, your itsme account can only be activated on one Customer Account (one customer number). If you have other Customer Accounts that are not connected to itsme, you will be able to log in with your username and password.

What if I have several contract accounts?

When you access your Customer Account, you can easily select the contract account for which you want to manage your data and services (meter reading, consumption history, etc.). Once you have completed your transactions, you can select another contract account.
