Rappels de factures : rien ne change pour les clients de la SWDE

23/08/2023 - Ce 1er septembre 2023, une nouvelle loi fédérale établissant de nouvelles règles en matières de rappel de factures entre en vigueur. Elle ne concerne pas la facturation des consommations d’eau pour laquelle une législation régionale reste d’application.

16/02/2023 - Il existe plusieurs situations dans lesquelles vous êtes invités à prendre rendez-vous avec la SWDE. Par exemple, lorsque vous recevez un courrier annonçant qu’il est temps de remplacer votre compteur. Ou encore en cas de problème technique comme un compteur est calé. Bonne nouvelle : nous venons d’activer un outil pour vous aider à identifier votre problème et à prendre rendez-vous. Nous vous expliquons tout.

En 2023, la SWDE offrira encore de l'eau pour les sportifs et les festivaliers

13/04/2023 - Les participants du dernier marathon de Namur ont pu se ravitailler en eau tout le long du parcours grâce aux fontaines mises en place par la SWDE. Clap départ pour la saison 2023 durant laquelle la SWDE donnera accès à l'eau du robinet aux participants d'environ 80 évènements culturels et sportifs.
