Complaints

 

If you believe the Société wallonne des eaux has not fulfilled its commitments or that you have suffered from a failure of one of its operational services, we invite you to send a complaint to our Complaints Management Service.

If, after our complaints management service has become involved, you still feel unsatisfied, you can contact the Ombudsman of Wallonia and the Wallonia-Brussels Federation as secondary course of action.
